Abstract
Cyberbullying has become a global problem among students in developing as well as developed nations. However, there is a need to explore the cyberbullying in the context where literacy rate is low. The study aims to investigate the influence of cyberbullying on emotional problems, self esteem, and physical health problems among the university’s students. A survey-based methodology is used to collect data from 172 students of public sector university thorough online questionnaires on the basis of convenience sampling. The regression analysis showed that cyberbullying resulted in emotional problems, low self esteem, and physical health problems among students without any distinction of grades or gender. This study is a prime effort to examine the consequences of cyberbullying among students in Pakistan. Guidelines for future research and theoretical as well practical implications are also enumerated in the last section.
